How Onboarding Works
First contact
Reach out by phone, email, or the signup form below. Tell us the therapies you prescribe and the states your patients are in.
Credentialing
We verify your state license, NPI, and DEA where applicable, and collect the paperwork your organization requires.
E-prescribe setup
We get you into your e-prescribing directory, set up the practitioner portal, and can build customized Rx pads for your preferred formulations.
First order
Send your first prescription. A pharmacist reviews the formulation, calls you with any clinical questions, and we compound and ship.
How to Send Us Prescriptions
- E-prescribe: search for ProCompounding Pharmacy, Johnson City, TN in your EHR's pharmacy directory. Our team can help you locate the correct entry.
- Practitioner portal: submit and track prescriptions and view order history.
- Secure fax: 423-975-6304.
- Customized Rx pads with the formulations of your choice, according to individual state requirements.
Please don't send protected health information by ordinary email — see our pharmacy HIPAA compliance page.
Turnaround Expectations
We maintain a 48-hour turnaround on most compounds once we have a complete, verified prescription. Standard flat-rate shipping is $10; shipping times vary by destination, and we'll confirm timing when the prescription is processed.
Complex or non-stock formulations may take longer; we'll tell you up front. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in appropriate protective packaging.

Developing a New Formulation?
If you're working with a pharma, biotech, or specialty startup that needs a formulation developed rather than an existing preparation dispensed, our 503A drug development partnership covers dosage form selection, excipient work, and stability — and our 503A vs CMO comparison explains where each partner fits.
