Credentialing
We verify your state license, NPI, and DEA where applicable, and collect the paperwork your organization requires.
E-prescribe setup
We get you into your e-prescribing directory, set up the practitioner portal, and can build customized Rx pads for your preferred formulations.
First order
Send your first prescription. A pharmacist reviews the formulation, calls you with any clinical questions, and we compound and ship.
How to Send Us Prescriptions

- Practitioner portal: submit and track prescriptions and view order history.

Compounding Time Expectations
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, verified prescription. Shipping time is additional. Standard flat-rate shipping is $10; shipping times vary by destination, and we'll confirm timing when the prescription is processed.
Complex or non-stock formulations may take longer; we'll tell you up front. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in appropriate protective packaging.

We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and we publish our resident and non-resident licensure so you can verify coverage. Whether a specific prescription can ship depends on the patient's location, the preparation and that state's requirements.
