HOW DIRECT-TO-PATIENT WORKS
Every prescription we fill is written for a named patient, which is what lets us ship it directly to the person it was made for. Here is what that looks like for your team.
Your providers send each prescription by direct API connection, e-prescribing or our provider portal, with the patient’s shipping address.
A pharmacist reviews every formulation before it is made. We have a 48-hour compounding time on most preparations; shipping time is additional.
Each order is packed for the named patient and shipped to their home in any of the 50 states or the District of Columbia.
Shipment tracking comes back to your team, so your support staff can answer a patient’s delivery question without calling the pharmacy.
WHAT WE CAN SHIP
Creams, an olive oil base topical, topical gels, oral capsules, tablets, solutions, nasal sprays and vaginal preparations, made to each prescription.
Manufactured medications your providers prescribe alongside compounded ones can ship as part of the same program.
Several prescriptions for one patient can be assembled into a single kit and shipped together.
White-label or branded packaging and inserts, with the pharmacy-approved prescription label on every preparation.
Hypoallergenic bases and dye-free, lactose-free and filler-free options when a patient needs them.
When a provider adjusts a strength, send the new prescription and we prepare it to match and ship it to the patient.
