Naltrexone is commercially manufactured in a single, much higher strength. Low dose therapy calls for smaller strengths, and compounding is how patients get them: each prescription is prepared individually, at exactly the strength written. Preparing a strength no manufacturer offers is exactly what Section 503A allows when a prescriber has a clinical reason, and naltrexone is an approved ingredient that is eligible to be compounded.

No. Naltrexone is an opioid antagonist and is not a controlled substance. A prescription from a licensed provider is still required.

By direct API connection, e-prescribing or our provider portal. Most larger clinics connect by API, so status comes back to their system as each prescription progresses. Your account manager sets up whichever route fits your workflow.

Send the new prescription and we prepare the new strength to match.

We fill the number of refills your prescriber approves. When those run out, or the strength changes, a new prescription is needed for the next fill.

Yes. Providers who have not prescribed compounded LDN before can call 423-975-0597 to talk through the strengths and dosage forms we prepare before they write the prescription.

Yes. We offer full white-label fulfillment, with packaging and labels in your branding and your own marketing inserts. Many LDN programs sit inside a wider protocol, so we can also prepare LDN alongside your other prescriptions, including bioidentical hormone therapy, and assemble them into a single prescription kit built to your protocol.

Yes. As a 503A pharmacy we prepare each prescription for a named patient, so every patient receives the strength written for them.

Tell us about your LDN program: the strengths and forms your providers typically prescribe and your expected volume, so we can plan before onboarding begins. Then complete clinic onboarding, where we set up your account, introduce your account manager and review your prescribing workflow; our formulary catalog is shared once onboarding is complete. We coordinate state license verification and set up the way your prescriptions will reach us, and then your providers start sending prescriptions.

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.

We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.

Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
