    INTEGRATION SCOPE

    Visibility beyond a shipping number.

These are available integration capabilities. Exact fields, direction of data exchange, update timing and implementation requirements are confirmed for your connection during technical scoping.

    Production & batch release

Updates on production, release dates of batched items and release from quarantine help your team understand readiness before shipment.

    02

    Orders & prescription workflow

Send orders from your platform through a direct API connection, and get workflow status back so your operations team can see pharmacy processing.

Scope the exchange of medication lists and allergy information with your clinical and technical teams.

    04

    Shipping & tracking

Connect shipping and tracking information to the experience your clinic uses to support patients.

    ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

Map the handoffs before you connect.

Use this sequence to scope your program. Available fields, data direction, update timing, security requirements and integration effort are confirmed with your team; this is not an API specification.

The same intake works for every preparation we make, including low dose naltrexone and ivermectin.

    WAYS TO SEND PRESCRIPTIONS

Three ways in. One pharmacy team.

    01

    Direct API connection

Orders go from your platform straight to our pharmacy, and status comes back to your system as each prescription progresses.

    02

    E-prescribing

Prescribers can send prescriptions from the e-prescribing software they already use, with no new system to learn.

    03

    Our provider portal

A live provider portal for clinics that are not connected yet, or for a location that prefers to enter prescriptions directly.

    04

    Status without phone calls

Know where each prescription stands without having to call us, so your operations team can answer patients quickly.

    05

    Tracking your team can share

Shipment tracking connected to the experience your clinic uses to support patients.

    MORE OF YOUR PROGRAM, CONNECTED

    Three capabilities.
    One pharmacy partner.

Bring your clinical, technical and brand requirements into the same partnership conversation.

    Connect your platform

Send orders through a direct API connection. Available connections also cover workflow status, medication lists, allergies, production and batch release updates, shipping and tracking.

    Develop your formulations

Meet with our formula development team ahead of launch. Products are researched, developed and tested before staff rollout. NDAs are available for proprietary work.

    Build your brand experience

Choose white-label or branded packaging with a pharmacy-approved, compliant prescription label. Define the details as part of your fulfillment agreement.

    BEFORE YOUR FIRST SHIPMENT

    Build readiness
    into your launch.

Formula development starts in scheduled meetings ahead of launch. Together, we define the work required to move from an idea to a program your staff is prepared to support.

    1. 01

      Define your program

Discuss your patient population, clinical requirements, platform, anticipated volume and launch goals.

    2. 02

      Meet the development team

Schedule formulation discussions before launch. Arrange an NDA before sharing proprietary details.

    3. 03

      Develop & test

Proposed products are researched, developed and tested before staff rollout. Confirm program feasibility and readiness with our team.

    4. 04

      Align & roll out

Agree on integration scope, packaging, fulfillment contracts and billing terms. Prepare staff and coordinate the rollout.

    CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

    The details
    worth asking about.

Agree on the scope before you build your launch around it.

Do clinics have to operate from your portal?

No. Most clinics we speak with send orders from their own platform through a direct API connection. Multiple connections are available, and our live provider portal is also available. We’ll discuss the workflow that fits your program.

Can we send orders through the API?

Yes. Clinics can send orders from their own platform to our pharmacy through a direct API connection. The exact fields and data flow for your program are confirmed during technical scoping.

Can we review the technical requirements before committing?

Start a technical scoping conversation with your platform details and required data. The available connection, fields, update behavior and implementation plan need to be confirmed for your specific program.

Can we start with e-prescribing or the portal while the API is scoped?

Yes. Your prescribers can send prescriptions by e-prescribing or through our provider portal from day one, and you can move to a direct API connection once it has been scoped with your developers. Your account manager coordinates the change so prescriptions keep reaching us throughout.

Does an API order get the same pharmacist review?

Yes. A prescription that arrives through the API is reviewed by a pharmacist in the same way as one that arrives by e-prescribing. Every prescription is prepared for a named patient, at the strength the prescriber writes, before it is packed and shipped.

Who is our contact during the integration?

A dedicated account manager is introduced during onboarding and works with your operations team through go-live and after it. Technical details, such as fields and update behavior, are worked out with your developers during scoping.

    Where can ProCompounding ship?

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.

    How long does compounding take?

We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.

Will we receive a fulfillment contract and billing terms?

Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.

Can we visit your pharmacy before we partner?

Yes. Clinics and partners of any kind are welcome to schedule a site visit to see our operation in Johnson City, Tennessee. Mention it in the form on this page or call 423-975-0597, and we will set a date with you.
