What form do you prepare ivermectin in?
Compounded tablets, prepared at the strength and quantity each prescription specifies.
What are the prescription requirements?
Every ivermectin order we fill for a partner program is a patient-specific prescription from a licensed prescriber. Your prescribers follow the licensing and telehealth rules of the state where each patient is located, as they would for any prescription.
Is ivermectin a controlled substance?
No. Ivermectin is not a controlled substance. A prescription from a licensed prescriber is still required.
How do our prescribers send prescriptions?
By direct API connection, e-prescribing or our provider portal. Your account manager sets up whichever route fits your workflow.
Does your Tennessee pharmacist pathway apply to our patients?
No. That route is limited to Tennessee patients who come to us directly under our collaborative pharmacy practice agreement, and it is not part of partner fulfillment. Partner programs send a prescription from their prescriber for every patient, in every state.
Can ivermectin ship under our brand?
Yes. We offer full white-label fulfillment, with packaging and labels in your branding and your own marketing inserts. If your program pairs ivermectin with other prescriptions, we can prepare them together and assemble a single prescription kit built to your protocol.
How do refills work?
We fill the number of refills your prescriber approves. When those run out, or the strength changes, a new prescription is needed for the next fill.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your ivermectin program: your expected volume and how your prescribers will send prescriptions, so we can plan before onboarding begins. Then complete clinic onboarding, where we set up your account, introduce your account manager and review your prescribing workflow; our formulary catalog is shared once onboarding is complete. We coordinate state license verification and set up the way your prescriptions will reach us, and then your prescribers start sending prescriptions.
Where can ProCompounding ship?
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
How long does compounding take?
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.
Will we receive a fulfillment contract and billing terms?
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
Can we visit your pharmacy before we partner?
Yes. Clinics and partners of any kind are welcome to schedule a site visit to see our operation in Johnson City, Tennessee. Mention it in the form on this page or call 423-975-0597, and we will set a date with you.
