What dermatology preparations do you compound?
Topical creams, gels, solutions and suspensions, including tretinoin, hydroquinone, niacinamide, minoxidil and topical acid preparations. Custom formulas are developed on request.
Do you support both dermatology practices and telehealth clinics?
We can discuss a pharmacy partnership for either model. The proposed formulations, prescribing workflow, integration needs and fulfillment terms are reviewed for your specific program.
Will you publish our proprietary formulation?
Confidential formulation discussions can take place under an NDA. Ownership, permitted use and other program-specific rights should be defined in the parties’ agreements.
Can one cream combine several actives?
Yes. A prescriber can write several actives into one base, such as tretinoin with niacinamide, or hydroquinone with tretinoin and hydrocortisone. A pharmacist reviews every formulation before it is made, and each is prepared at the strengths the prescriber writes.
How do prescriptions from a telehealth skin program reach you?
Through a direct API connection from your platform, by e-prescribing, or through our provider portal. Status comes back as each prescription progresses, and every shipment is tracked, so your team can answer patients without calling us.
Can our skin program's packaging carry our brand?
Yes. We offer full white-label fulfillment: packaging and labels in your branding and your own marketing inserts, with the required pharmacy and prescription information on every label.
Who does our team work with day to day?
A dedicated account manager is introduced during onboarding and stays with your program after go-live. New formulas go to our formula development team, which meets with your clinicians ahead of launch.
Where can ProCompounding ship?
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
How long does compounding take?
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.
Will we receive a fulfillment contract and billing terms?
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
Can we visit your pharmacy before we partner?
Yes. Clinics and partners of any kind are welcome to schedule a site visit to see our operation in Johnson City, Tennessee. Mention it in the form on this page or call 423-975-0597, and we will set a date with you.
