No. It is a structured way to plan a clinic program with our team. Formulation suitability, development requirements and fulfillment arrangements are reviewed privately for your program.
Yes. The same framework can support an additional specialty or a proposed pharmacy transition. Bring your current workflows and requirements so the transition can be scoped before any change.
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. We cannot ship controlled medications to Maryland. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
Most established formulations are prepared for shipment within 24–48 business hours after receipt of a complete, valid prescription and resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and medications requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is separate.
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
