Johnson City, Tennessee

    Compounding Pharmacy in Tennessee

ProCompounding Pharmacy is a PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy in Johnson City. We compound every prescription in our own lab and ship to patients across Tennessee — from Memphis to Mountain City.

    PCAB/ACHC accredited

    Independently surveyed compounding quality systems.

    49 states + DC

Licensed everywhere except Kansas, where our application is pending.

    One lab, statewide reach

Everything is compounded in Johnson City and shipped to you.

One Tennessee Lab, Not a Storefront Network

We want to be straightforward about how this works: ProCompounding has a single physical location, at 527 N. State of Franklin Rd. in Johnson City. We do not operate branches in other Tennessee cities. Every preparation — creams, capsules, troches, suspensions, injectables — is made by our pharmacists and technicians in that lab, then either picked up locally or shipped to you.

That matters more than proximity. A compounded medication is only as good as the facility and the procedures behind it. Ours is accredited by PCAB/ACHC, which means an outside surveyor has come on site and measured our practice against a published national standard — something fewer than 1% of compounding pharmacies have done. If You're a Patient in Tennessee

    1. Already have a compounded prescription elsewhere? Request a transfer and we handle the pharmacy-to-pharmacy contact.
    2. New to us? Complete the new patient form so we have your profile, allergies, and insurance details before the first fill.
    3. No prescriber yet? Our therapy pages include consultation requests that connect you with a licensed telehealth prescriber where appropriate.

    If You Prescribe in Tennessee

You can e-prescribe to ProCompounding Pharmacy from any Tennessee practice, or fax to 423-975-6304. We'll confirm the base, strength, and dosage form with your office before compounding, and we'll flag anything that would compound poorly before it becomes a patient problem.

Clinics and telehealth groups fulfilling at volume should start on our partner page.
