We want to be straightforward about how this works: ProCompounding has a single physical location, at 527 N. State of Franklin Rd. in Johnson City. We do not operate branches in other Tennessee cities. Every preparation — creams, capsules, troches, suspensions, injectables — is made by our pharmacists and technicians in that lab, then either picked up locally or shipped to you.
That matters more than proximity. A compounded medication is only as good as the facility and the procedures behind it. Ours is accredited by PCAB/ACHC, which means an outside surveyor has come on site and measured our practice against a published national standard — something fewer than 1% of compounding pharmacies have done.
