Jessica Patrone, Pharm. D
President / Owner
Jessica James-Patrone, Pharm. D. has been dedicated to the art of compounding for over 20 years. With her extensive training and expertise in formulation development, she has developed numerous compounded medications. She works routinely with providers to educate and create customized medications to fulfill the needs of each individual patient when traditional treatments have been exhausted. Jessica graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2001 with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and is certified in Pharmacogenomics through the University of Florida. As a middle-aged woman and holding certification in Hormone Replacement, she understands the impact hormone imbalance can have on one’s life. Jessica joined the ProCompounding team as a pharmacist in 2016 and looks forward to her continued service to the profession of pharmacy.
Laura Beth Jenks, Pharm. D
Vice President / Co-Owner
Beth Jenks, Pharm.D., is a seasoned specialist in Compounded Medication Development with a focus on Women's Health & Wellness strategies. With a career spanning 16 years, she's adept at crafting unique solutions to complex clinical challenges, especially in Bio-Identical Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and beyond. Beth graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy from Appalachian College of Pharmacy and further honed her skills in various roles, leading to her current position as a Co-Owner and Lab Director at ProCompounding Pharmacy, Tennessee. Her journey reflects a blend of clinical expertise, patient education, and collaborative product development, all underpinned by a patient-centric approach. Beth's leadership in operations management and provider engagement continues to drive excellence in customized patient care and specialty pharma innovations.
Perry Ripple, III, Pharm.D, BCSCP
Compounding Pharmacist
Perry is a dedicated expert in Compounded Medication Development with extensive experience in sterile and non-sterile formulations. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has excelled in diverse pharmacy settings, including compounding, home infusion, retail, and hospital pharmacy. A graduate of Campbell University with a Doctor of Pharmacy, Perry has continually advanced his expertise, focusing on customized solutions for complex patient needs.
Perry’s career journey includes contributions at Mission Hospital in Asheville and a pivotal role during the early days of ProCompounding Pharmacy, formerly Wilson Pharmacy. Now rejoining the team, he brings a patient-first mindset and a passion for delivering innovative, personalized care.
When not in the lab, Perry enjoys spending time with his wife, Janie, and two daughters. He finds joy in exploring the outdoors, creating memories with family, and indulging his passion for exceptional BBQ. Proudly dubbed a “BBQ aficionado,” he’s always ready to show off his carefully curated food list.
Perry’s return to ProCompounding Pharmacy marks an exciting chapter as he continues to elevate the standard of customized medications and patient care.
Tara Quillen, Pharm. D
Compounding Pharmacist
Tara Quillen, Pharm. D., is ProCompounding's newest pharmacist. She is a proud graduate of the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016. Originally from Sweetwater, TN, Tara now calls Johnson City home. She brings over a decade of experience in various pharmacy settings, including independent, hospital, and retail, making her an expert in medication therapy management. She is committed to providing her patients with the highest level of personalized care.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Bryan, and their son, Nolan, as well as their two beloved pets, Seymour and Scout. A self-proclaimed nerd, she loves reading, playing video games, and has recently discovered a passion for pickleball.

Marty White is a member of our sales team in the Tri-Cities and Southwest Virginia and Kentucky market. He has over 15 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, with five of those in the compounding area. Marty joined our team in 2016 and thrived on the solution-oriented nature of our business. He loves to hunt and fish and is a community group leader at a local church.

Kate Kincaid is our Marketing and Sales Manager and services all North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia accounts. Kate graduated from William Peace University in 2003 with a BA in Communication and Psychology. She has over 20 years of sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership experience, with 10 of those years in the orthopedic device, pharmaceutical, and compounding industry. Kate is known for her infectious positive energy and has a true passion for connecting and building relationships with her providers and their staff. She enjoys anything fitness and health-related, volunteering in her community and hanging out with friends and family. She lives in Mooresville, NC, with her family.

Patra Hall is one of our local sales representatives, servicing the Tri-cities area, Knoxville, and Memphis. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Patra brings over ten years of compounding pharmacy experience to our team. Patra is passionate about wellness and healthcare, going above and beyond to service her accounts. She is a Tennessee native, attended ETSU, and raised her two grown children in Bristol. Patra enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her granddaughter June, family, and friends.

Joseph "Jojo" Edwards has over 26 years of experience in infusion and retail management. He is excited to be a part of the ProCompounding team and looks forward to helping patients across Tennessee and beyond. Jojo is a family man who loves coaching youth sports and enjoys fishing.

Beth Evans is a highly motivated and experienced Sales Marketing/Account Manager in our Ohio market and surrounding areas, specializing in Department of Labor (DOL) benefits and services to former Department of Energy (DOE) employees with over 10 years in the field. She is a book of knowledge when it comes to DOL benefits having served a previous role as a regional executive for DOL home care services. Beth’s primary goal is helping patients navigate their care needs and connecting them to the medications associated improving their overall quality of life. She is able to bring these needs together utilizing her extensive clinical background serving patients as a nurse for many years at their bedside including the hospital, home care, and Hospice setting. Beth is committed to quality patient care, patient safety, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships to those she serves. She is adept at assessing people and responding to their unspoken concerns utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills, supporting a high level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Beth is committed to Procompouding Pharmacy, its vision, and strategic planning in becoming and sustaining itself as the primary leader of pharmacy services in the region.
