Built for Multi-Product Programs
One kit, one shipment
Compounded preparations, commercially available medications, over-the-counter items and supplies packed together, so your patient opens one box.
Built to your protocol
You define what goes into each kit. We set the build up once and fill each order against it.
Planned around your volume
Share your expected monthly volume and we plan purchasing and compounding around it.
Patient-specific, every time
Each prescription item is dispensed against an individual prescription written by your providers for a named patient.
One pharmacy, every state
Licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, so one relationship covers your whole patient base.
Made to order at a PCAB-accredited pharmacy
Compounded items are prepared at our pharmacy in Johnson City, Tennessee, with a 48-hour compounding time on most preparations. Shipping time is additional.
What Can Go in a Kit
Compounded preparations
Made to your prescriber's order, including strengths and combinations that are not commercially manufactured.
Commercially available medications
Dispensed on a patient-specific prescription and packed alongside anything we compound.
Over-the-counter items and supplies
Packed into the same kit, based on the build you give us, so your patient has everything together.
When a kit needs a preparation that is not commercially available, our pharmacists can develop the formulation with your medical team. See our drug and formulation development page.
Made for Each Patient
Every prescription item in a kit is prepared and dispensed for a named patient, on a prescription from your providers, so each kit is personal to the patient who opens it. Our pharmacists review every compounded formulation before it is made. Share your full kit build with us at the start and we will confirm every item before onboarding.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a kit include both compounded and commercially available medications?
Yes. Each prescription item is dispensed against a patient-specific prescription, and we pack everything together in one shipment.
Can you include over-the-counter items and supplies?
Yes. We can pack over-the-counter products and supplies into the same kit, based on the build you give us.
Can you plan around our monthly volume?
Yes. Share your expected volume and we plan purchasing and compounding around it.
Does every kit need a prescription?
Every prescription item does. As a 503A pharmacy we prepare and dispense each one for a named patient, so every kit is built around the patient who receives it.
Can you develop a formula for an item with no commercial equivalent?
Yes. Our pharmacists can develop a formulation with your medical team when a preparation is not commercially available, as long as it meets the requirements for 503A compounding.
Do you ship to every state?
We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and we ship from our pharmacy in Johnson City, Tennessee.
