Yes. Each prescription item is dispensed against a patient-specific prescription, and we pack everything together in one shipment.

Yes. We can pack over-the-counter products and supplies into the same kit, based on the build you give us.
Can you plan around our monthly volume?
Yes. Share your expected volume and we plan purchasing and compounding around it.
Does every kit need a prescription?
Every prescription item does. As a 503A pharmacy we prepare and dispense each one for a named patient, so every kit is built around the patient who receives it.
How is each kit made for the patient who opens it?
Every prescription item in a kit is prepared and dispensed for a named patient, on a prescription from your providers, so each kit is personal to the patient who opens it. Our pharmacists review every compounded formulation before it is made. Share your full kit build with us at the start and we will confirm every item before onboarding.
Can you develop a formula for an item with no commercial equivalent?
Yes. Our pharmacists can develop a formulation with your medical team when a preparation is not commercially available, as long as it meets the requirements for 503A compounding.
How do our providers send prescriptions?
By direct API connection, e-prescribing or our provider portal. Status comes back to your system as each prescription progresses, so your team knows where each kit stands without having to call us.
Can kits ship under our brand?
Yes. We offer full white-label fulfillment, with packaging and labels in your branding and your own marketing inserts.
Do you ship to every state?
We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and we ship from our pharmacy in Johnson City, Tennessee.
How do we get started?
Share your kit build and volume: tell us what goes into each kit and roughly how many you expect to ship, so we can confirm every item before onboarding begins. Then complete clinic onboarding, where we set up your account, introduce your account manager and review your prescribing workflow; our formulary catalog is shared once onboarding is complete. We coordinate state license verification and e-prescribing details so prescriptions reach us cleanly, and then you start sending prescriptions. We fill each kit and ship it to your patient.
Where can ProCompounding ship?
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
How long does compounding take?
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.
Will we receive a fulfillment contract and billing terms?
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
Can we visit your pharmacy before we partner?
Yes. Clinics and partners of any kind are welcome to schedule a site visit to see our operation in Johnson City, Tennessee. Mention it in the form on this page or call 423-975-0597, and we will set a date with you.
