- We confirm your address, insurance or cash price, and shipping preference.
- Your medication is compounded to order in our Johnson City lab.

Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in appropriate protective packaging. If a preparation cannot ship safely to your destination, we tell you before we fill it.
