A Compounding Lab You Can Walk Into
Most of the patients we serve never see the pharmacy. Tri-Cities patients can. If you live in Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Elizabethton, Jonesborough, Erwin, or Greeneville, you're able to drop off a paper prescription at the counter, collect a finished preparation during business hours, and speak with the pharmacist who prepared it.
Compounded medications are made to order, not pulled from a shelf, so timing depends on the formulation and on what's already in the queue. Call ahead at 423-975-0597 and we'll tell you honestly when yours will be ready rather than guess.

We work with practices across Washington, Sullivan, Carter, Unicoi, and Greene counties on patient-specific formulations — strengths that aren't manufactured, dye- and preservative-free preparations, and alternate dosage forms for patients who can't swallow capsules.

Ivermectin in Johnson City, Kingsport & Bristol
Tri-Cities residents can request ivermectin through our Tennessee pharmacist pathway and pick it up at our counter at 527 N. State of Franklin Rd. Under our collaborative pharmacy practice agreement (Tenn. Code § 63-10-224), you complete a secure form and a licensed pharmacist reviews your request, with no prescription from your own doctor needed first. We can also ship it to your home. Dispensing is never guaranteed.
