Combination nasal sprays
Nasal sprays that combine actives such as azelastine and mometasone, or olopatadine, mometasone and montelukast, in a single spray.
Sinus irrigation capsules
Capsules prepared in a xylitol base for patients to add to a sinus rinse, including budesonide and levocetirizine preparations.
Combination irrigations
Irrigation preparations that combine antibiotic and antifungal actives, when a prescriber writes for them.
Custom combinations
Putting several actives into one spray or rinse can mean fewer products for a patient to manage. Custom formulas are developed on request.

What ENT and allergy preparations do you compound?
Combination nasal sprays and sinus irrigation preparations, including azelastine, mometasone, olopatadine, montelukast, budesonide and levocetirizine preparations. Custom formulas are developed on request.
How do patients use sinus irrigation capsules?
The directions on the prescription label, which your practice sets, tell the patient how to add the preparation to their sinus rinse.
What standards do you compound to?
We are a PCAB-accredited pharmacy practicing non-sterile compounding under USP <795>, and a pharmacist reviews every formulation before it is made.
What happens when a prescriber changes the combination?
Send the new prescription and we prepare the spray or rinse to match. The label carries the updated directions from your practice, so the patient always has the current instructions in hand.
Do patients receive their spray or rinse at home?
Yes. We ship directly to your patients in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with tracking on every shipment. Most preparations are compounded within 48 hours of a complete prescription; shipping time is additional.
Can our practice see your formulary?
Yes. Our formulary catalog is shared once clinic onboarding is complete. Onboarding gathers your practice details and the preparations your prescribers use, so the conversation starts from what your patients need.
Where can ProCompounding ship?
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
How long does compounding take?
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.
Will we receive a fulfillment contract and billing terms?
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
Can we visit your pharmacy before we partner?
Yes. Clinics and partners of any kind are welcome to schedule a site visit to see our operation in Johnson City, Tennessee. Mention it in the form on this page or call 423-975-0597, and we will set a date with you.
