    WHAT IT IS

    One spray,
    the actives your prescriber chooses.

If you would like to raise a compounded spray or rinse with your prescriber, our guide on how to ask your doctor about compounded medication can help you start that conversation.

A compounded nasal spray is a prescription spray that a pharmacy prepares for one patient, with the combination and strengths the prescriber writes. Many of the actives used in the nose are sold commercially only as separate products, so a patient might otherwise be juggling two or three sprays. Compounding lets a prescriber put the actives they choose into one.

A medicated sinus rinse is prepared differently. We put the active in a capsule with a xylitol base, and your label tells you how to add it to your saline rinse. Your prescriber sets those directions, and if they change the combination, we prepare the new one to match.

ENT specialists, allergy practices and primary care prescribers all write these, and so can a prescriber you see by telehealth. Prescribers who want to work through an ENT formulary with us can read about our compounding for ENT and allergy practices. Which actives, which strengths and how often are decisions for you and your prescriber.

    QUESTIONS PATIENTS ASK US

    The things
    worth knowing.

Call 423-975-0597 for current pricing and shipping options for your state.

What is a compounded allergy nasal spray?

It is a prescription nasal spray that a compounding pharmacy prepares for one patient, combining the actives the prescriber chooses, such as azelastine with mometasone, in a single spray. It is made to order at the strengths on the prescription.

Can an online doctor prescribe a custom nasal spray?

Yes. A licensed prescriber, including one you see by telehealth, can send us a prescription for a compounded nasal spray or sinus rinse. Your prescriber decides whether it is right for you and what goes in it. We do not prescribe; we prepare what your prescriber orders.

How do I use a sinus irrigation capsule?

Follow the directions on your prescription label, which your prescriber sets. The capsule is prepared in a xylitol base for you to add to a saline sinus rinse. If anything on the label is unclear, call us at 423-975-0597 and our team will help.

What if my prescriber changes the combination?

Your prescriber sends the new prescription and we prepare the spray or rinse to match it. Your label carries the updated directions, so you always have the current instructions in hand.

Can you ship to my state, and how long does it take?

We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We have a 48-hour compounding time on most preparations. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination. A member of our team confirms the price with you before anything is processed, made, or shipped.
