What we prepare for concierge and membership practices.
Bioidentical estrogens
Estradiol, estriol and Bi-Est (estradiol and estriol), prepared as hypoallergenic creams, an olive oil base topical or vaginal preparations.
Progesterone and DHEA
Oral capsules, compounded to order for each member at the strength on the prescription.
Testosterone
A hypoallergenic cream or an olive oil base topical, and a topical gel when a prescriber requests one.
Vaginal preparations
Estradiol and estriol vaginal creams, estriol combined with DHEA, and a hyaluronic acid vaginal base.
Low dose naltrexone
Prepared as an oral capsule or a tablet, depending on the strength your prescriber writes.
Custom formulations
Hypoallergenic bases and dye-free, lactose-free or filler-free options, plus custom formulas developed on request with our formulation development team.

Do you work with concierge and membership practices?
Yes. We fill valid prescriptions from concierge, membership and other direct-pay practices, just as we do for any prescriber. Practices that want a formal arrangement, such as API intake or branded packaging, set it up through clinic onboarding, and our formulary catalog is shared once onboarding is complete.
What do you compound for concierge practices?
Bioidentical estrogens (estradiol, estriol and Bi-Est) as hypoallergenic creams, an olive oil base topical or vaginal preparations; progesterone and DHEA as oral capsules; testosterone as a hypoallergenic cream, an olive oil base topical or a topical gel; and low dose naltrexone as an oral capsule or a tablet, depending on the strength prescribed. Custom formulas are developed on request.
Can members who travel or split their year between two states stay with you?
Yes. We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia and ship each prescription to the address the patient gives us. Prescribing rules follow the patient’s location, so your prescribers should confirm they are authorized to prescribe for the member where the member is.
Where can ProCompounding ship?
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
How long does compounding take?
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.
Will we receive a fulfillment contract and billing terms?
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
Pharmacy services and proposed formulations are subject to clinical and pharmacy review and applicable requirements. Launch planning does not replace a clinician’s assessment or establish that a medication is appropriate for a particular patient.
Compounded preparations are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
