When a commercial product is only made in one strength, your prescriber can order the strength your protocol actually calls for.

What We Compound for Men's Health
Anastrozole, low strengths
Capsules in strengths such as 0.125 mg and 0.25 mg. The commercial product is manufactured at 1 mg, so lower strengths are prepared to your prescriber's order.
Clomiphene citrate
Capsules in the strengths your prescriber specifies.
Combination capsules
Two or more actives combined in a single capsule where no commercial product offers that combination.
Topical preparations
Prepared for patients whose prescriber has documented a clinical need for a route that is not commercially manufactured.
DHEA
Oral capsules in prescriber-specified strengths.
Custom-strength capsules and tablets
Prepared to your prescriber's specification where the manufactured strengths do not fit the protocol.
What We Will Not Compound, and Why
We would rather tell you before onboarding than after.
Enclomiphene
Enclomiphene citrate is not an FDA-approved drug and is not on the FDA's 503A bulk drug substances list, so we do not compound it. If your formulary is built around enclomiphene, we are not the right fit for that item.
Anything that is essentially a copy of a commercial product
A 503A pharmacy cannot compound a preparation that is essentially a copy of a commercially available drug. Where a commercial version already exists in the strength and form your prescriber wants, that prescription should go to a wholesaler or retail pharmacy, not to us.

How 503A Fulfillment Works
Every preparation is compounded against an individual prescription written by your provider for a named patient.
Where a commercial version of a drug exists, your prescriber can still order a compounded preparation when there is a documented clinical need, such as a strength that is not manufactured, a combination that is not sold, or an excipient the patient cannot tolerate.
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. FDA approval refers to commercially manufactured products, not to anything we compound.
