Anything that is essentially a copy of a commercial product: where a commercial version already exists in the strength and form your prescriber wants, that prescription should go to a wholesaler or retail pharmacy. And office stock or bulk quantities: we compound against patient-specific prescriptions only.

Yes. We offer full white-label fulfillment, with packaging and labels in your branding and your own marketing inserts. If your program pairs several prescriptions, we can prepare them together and assemble a single prescription kit built to your protocol.

Send us your formulary: the preparations, strengths and dosage forms you need, so we can tell you item by item what we can prepare before onboarding begins. Then complete clinic onboarding, where we set up your account, introduce your account manager, review your prescribing workflow and confirm the clinical and operational details; our formulary catalog is shared once onboarding is complete. We coordinate contact information, state license verification and e-prescribing details so prescriptions reach us cleanly, and then your providers begin sending prescriptions. Each one is patient-specific and prescriber-directed; we compound it and ship it to your patient.

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.

We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.

Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
