Connect your prescribing workflow
Send prescriptions by direct API connection, e-prescribing or our provider portal. Status comes back to your system as each prescription progresses, so your care team can answer a patient without having to call us.
MENOPAUSE TELEHEALTH PROGRAMS
Your clinicians see women in midlife by video, wherever they live. We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, so one pharmacy can fill for every patient your program serves. We prepare the estrogens, progesterone, testosterone for women and vaginal preparations your clinicians prescribe, made for each named patient and shipped to her home, in your branding if you want it.

LET’S BUILD YOUR PHARMACY PLAN
Launching a clinic. Expanding a program. Looking for a better fit. Start a conversation about the fulfillment partnership your team needs.
THE MENOPAUSE PROGRAM
A menopause program run by telehealth usually means patients in many states, prescriptions that are renewed and adjusted over time, and both systemic and vaginal preparations. Plan the pharmacy side of all three before you launch.
Send prescriptions by direct API connection, e-prescribing or our provider portal. Status comes back to your system as each prescription progresses, so your care team can answer a patient without having to call us.
Bring the estrogens, progesterone, testosterone and vaginal preparations your clinicians plan to prescribe to a scheduled meeting with our formula development team before launch. Your prescribers still set every strength.
When a prescriber renews or adjusts a prescription, send the new one and we prepare it to match. Agree with us before launch how renewals and strength changes will reach the pharmacy.
WHAT WE PREPARE
Bioidentical estrogens as a hypoallergenic cream or an olive oil base topical, at the strength the prescriber writes.
Estradiol and estriol vaginal creams for local therapy, prescribed on their own or alongside a systemic preparation.
Estriol and DHEA combined in a single vaginal cream, when a prescriber writes for it.
A vaginal cream in a hyaluronic acid base with no hormone in it, for patients whose prescriber writes for one.
Oral capsules in a cellulose base, with no peanut oil, made to order for each patient.
A hypoallergenic cream or an olive oil base topical, and a topical gel when a prescriber requests one.

Estradiol, estriol and Bi-Est as a hypoallergenic cream or an olive oil base topical; estradiol and estriol vaginal creams, estriol combined with DHEA, and a hyaluronic acid vaginal base; progesterone oral capsules; and testosterone for women as a hypoallergenic cream or an olive oil base topical. Each one is prepared for a named patient at the strength the prescriber writes.
Yes. We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with a resident pharmacy license in Tennessee, where we are based, and a non-resident license in every other state and D.C. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements, including any controlled medications, are reviewed during onboarding.
Yes, when a prescriber writes for it. No testosterone product is approved by the FDA for use in women in the United States, so a prescription for a woman is off-label and is the prescriber’s decision. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. We prepare it as a hypoallergenic cream or an olive oil base topical.
Our compounded progesterone capsules contain no peanut oil. The commercially manufactured micronized progesterone capsule is made with peanut oil, so a prescriber can order ours for a patient with a peanut allergy. Hypoallergenic bases are our default for creams, and dye-free, lactose-free and filler-free options are available. A pharmacist reviews every formulation before it is made.
Yes. We offer full white label fulfillment: packaging and labels in your branding and your own marketing inserts, with the required pharmacy and prescription information on every label. A dedicated account manager works with your team from onboarding onward.
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your program’s medication and fulfillment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
We compound most preparations within 48 hours of receiving a complete, valid prescription and the resolution of any patient, clinical or payment requirements. Custom formulations, controlled medications, high-volume launches and preparations requiring additional testing or release procedures may require additional time. Shipping time is additional.
Yes. Fulfillment contracts and billing terms are provided as part of establishing the partnership. Program-specific scope and responsibilities are discussed before rollout.
Yes. Clinics and partners of any kind are welcome to schedule a site visit to see our operation in Johnson City, Tennessee. Mention it in the form on this page or call 423-975-0597, and we will set a date with you.
Pharmacy services and proposed formulations are subject to clinical and pharmacy review and applicable requirements. Launch planning does not replace a clinician’s assessment or establish that a medication is appropriate for a particular patient.
