STEP 1 · THE ONLINE VISIT
If you don’t have a provider, you may use any licensed telehealth service you choose. Several offer online visits with a licensed prescriber who can consider these medications, including the services listed at the top of this page.
We have no say in any prescriber’s decision, and a prescription is never guaranteed: the prescriber decides whether a medication is right for you. Whichever service you use, you can ask for your prescription to be sent to ProCompounding Pharmacy, or to any pharmacy you choose.
HOW IT USUALLY GOES
Answer honestly and completely, and list everything you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and supplements.
Depending on your state's rules and the prescriber's judgment, you may be asked to complete a short phone or video visit before anything is prescribed.
A prescription is never guaranteed. The prescriber decides whether ivermectin is appropriate for you, and at what strength.

WHY TENNESSEE IS DIFFERENT
Tennessee residents have a second route. Under our collaborative pharmacy practice agreement (Tenn. Code § 63-10-224), a Tennessee patient can complete a secure form and one of our licensed pharmacists reviews the request. That route is Tennessee law, so it covers Tennessee residents only, and it covers ivermectin only. Mebendazole needs a prescription everywhere, including Tennessee.
If you live in Tennessee, our ivermectin in Tennessee guide explains how that works.
ALREADY HAVE A PROVIDER OR A PRESCRIPTION?
If you see a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, ask whether ivermectin is appropriate for you. If they prescribe it, they can send it straight to us:
