Are you part salesperson, part digital native? We may have the career you've been looking for.
ProCompounding Pharmacy is looking for a digitally savvy, business-minded professional who can help us build relationships with the digital platforms, healthcare technology companies, online communities, and business partners that increasingly influence how patients and providers connect with pharmacy services. This isn't traditional pharmaceutical sales, and it isn't an IT job. It's where technology, business development, communication, social media, and sales come together.
What you'd actually do
Find digital organizations and platforms that should be working with ProCompounding and convince them to do it. You'll research potential partners, identify the right people, and connect through email, LinkedIn, social media, video meetings, and networking. You'll start conversations, present ProCompounding's capabilities, learn what each organization needs, and move relationships from "Who is ProCompounding?" to "How do we get ProCompounding onto our platform?"
What you'll be responsible for
- Find opportunities — research digital platforms, technology companies, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners where ProCompounding could create value.
- Open doors — use LinkedIn, email, social media, phone, networking, and creative prospecting to reach decision-makers.
- Tell our story — confidently present who we are, what makes us different, and why an organization should want us as a partner.
- Sell the opportunity — connect a prospect's needs to our capabilities, overcome objections, and move opportunities forward.
- Build digital relationships — own your pipeline using CRM and modern digital tools.
- Produce results — your job isn't clicks, likes, or meetings; it's generating real business.
You may be exactly who we're looking for if
You're naturally curious, learn new technology quickly, understand how businesses (not just individuals) use LinkedIn and social media, are comfortable using AI and digital tools, can confidently talk with people you've never met, are persuasive without being pushy, and would rather be given a goal than a script.
You don't need 15 years of sales experience. We're more interested in aptitude than tenure. You might currently work in tech, SaaS, digital marketing, healthcare, medical technology, social media, business development, customer success, recruiting, account management, or communications — or you may simply be early in your career and know your combination of technology skills, communication ability, and business instincts could be worth a lot more in the right environment.
How to apply
Don't send a generic application. Pick one:
- 1.Sell us something — in a few sentences, persuade us to try a technology, app, product, or service you believe in.
- 2.Show us how you think — name a digital platform or business ProCompounding should explore, and why.
- 3.Show us something you've built — a campaign, a sales result, a presentation, a project.
We aren't looking for the perfect resume; we're looking for evidence of potential. Email careers@procompounding.com with the subject "Digital BDR Application".
If you read all this and thought "that's me" — don't overthink it. 1. Apply for the position. 2. Pick one of the three challenges above, put it in an email, and send it to careers@procompounding.com with the subject line "Digital BDR Application."
No cover-letter template needed. Just show us what you've got.
We read every single one — and the right person could hear back this week.
Technology changes how business gets done. Show us you're the one who can turn that change into opportunity.
