Steve Lane, Pharm. D, received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and has been with ProCompounding since 1993. He has practiced in a diverse array of pharmacy settings including home infusion, long-term care, retail, and compounding. Following comprehensive training with the Professional Compounding Centers of America, he began to see a need for a compounding specialist to provide custom medications tailored to specific patient needs, beyond the capability found in traditional retail pharmacy settings. From there, the vision emerged to create a pharmacy solely devoted to improving quality-of-life through innovative compounding solutions, and to become recognized as the pharmacy of choice for personalized medications and compounding career opportunities.
Perry Ripple, Pharm. D., PharmCon, graduated from Campbell University School of Pharmacy in 1993 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. His previous experiences include working in hospital, retail, and home infusion pharmacies. He started working with Wilson Pharmacy/ProCompounding Pharmacy in April of 2007 and became Director of Pharmacy in March of 2008. Perry is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of practice at ProCompounding Pharmacy by diligently working to ensure safety and compliance. He maintains a regional knowledge of regulatory and legal matters through his licensure in 8 states and has a Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist certification.
Jessica James, Pharm. D. has been dedicated to the art of compounding for over 15 years. With her expertise in formulation development and third party billing, she has developed numerous compounded medications. She works routinely with providers to educate and create customized medications to fulfill the needs of each individual patient when traditional treatments have been exhausted. Jessica graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2001 with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and is certified in Pharmacogenomics through the University of Florida. She has experience in pharmacy management, long term care, retail and compounding. Jessica joined the ProCompounding team as a pharmacist in 2016 and looks forward to her continued service to the profession of pharmacy.
Tandy Branham, Pharm. D. completed the majority of his undergraduate coursework at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, while working full time in pharmacy. He then made the admirable decision to enlist into the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed in Southern California for four years, during which time he completed deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Tandy graduated from the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University with a Doctorate in Pharmacy in 2017. He began working for ProCompounding Pharmacy shortly thereafter. Outside of work, Tandy enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son.
Eric Schneider, Pharm. D., graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2018 from the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University, with honors. He started with ProCompounding Pharmacy upon graduation as a compounding pharmacist. Eric is proficient in formula development and insurance coverage of compounds and has experience in long term care and compounding. His goal is to provide each individual patient with an affordable and effective compounded option when commercially available medications are not suitable. Eric looks forward to longevity, professional growth and contributing his expertise and knowledge to the future endeavors of ProCompounding. Outside of work, Eric enjoys outdoor sports such as fly fishing, golfing, and snowboarding.
Jessica Cooper Broyles, Pharm. D., graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC with a Doctorate of Pharmacy and joined ProCompounding in 2018. She has experience in retail, pharmacy management and compounding. She holds certificates in Immunization Delivery, Diabetes Management, Lipid Management and most recently obtained her certification as a Hormone Specialist through Professional Compounding Centers of America. As a Certified Hormone Specialist, Jessica has undergone advanced training and has a specialized skill set that can help assess a patient’s hormone needs.
Sergio Alonso, Pharm. D., completed his undergraduate coursework at Middle Tennessee State University, with a major in Biochemistry, while working full time in pharmacy. He then graduated with honors from the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2018. During his studies, he participated in award-winning research for drug-delivery systems that led him to his passion of compounding and working in a laboratory setting. Soon after graduation, he began working at our ProCompounding Pharmacy Arden, NC location in the main compounding lab. Sergio enjoys perfecting patient-specific drug-delivery systems for those in need of alternative routes of administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his newlywed wife, cooking, traveling, and watching movies.
Raymond Nash, Pharm. D., graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2019 from Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East State Tennessee State University, with Cum Laude honors. Prior to graduation, he had four years of experience in a retail pharmacy compounding setting and is now excited to begin his career in the continually evolving field of compounding. Raymond helps to create compounded treatment alternatives and enjoys building a rapport with patients and providers. Outside of work, Raymond enjoys spending his time camping, skiing, kayaking, and traveling with friends and family.
Whitney Larkin serves as ProCompounding Pharmacy’s Director of Sales and Marketing, having been with the company since 2007. Whitney is a 2006 graduate of East Tennessee State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing Communications. Whitney dedicated countless hours early in her career to engaging with clients in the field and on the road. During her years as a Sales and Marketing Representative for the company, she gained a tremendous understanding of both patients’ and providers’ needs – both clinically and in terms of business support and customer service.
Today Whitney manages a seasoned team of more than half a dozen Sales Representatives across four states. Her commitment to excellence and professionalism has resulted in phenomenal year-over-year, sustainable sales growth. Whitney’s ability to identify, train, and retain top talent has allowed the company to begin planting physical stores in multiple states. Outside of the pharmacy, Whitney enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Sara Allen, CPhT, serves as internal support for our marketing team. She helps make possible the professional and individualized attention we offer patients and providers. She has been a valued member of the ProCompounding family since 2011 and has worked in pharmacy since 2001. Sara has extensive experience in marketing and advertising, compounding, and has contributed in building the large number of patient relationships we have today. She also helps to assist with implementing compounded medication into providers’ EMR systems. Sara is originally from Birmingham, AL and graduated from The University of Montevallo.
Barry Garner is the sales representative for Kentucky and Central Tennessee. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has over 35 years of sales experience with the past seven being focused on compounding sales. Barry looks forward to many years promoting the growth of ProCompounding Pharmacy in the Kentucky/Tennessee area. Outside of work, Barry is an avid golfer, hunter, and competitive marksman. He and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters and reside in KY.
Linda Helm, RN, CWCA, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a nursing degree and received her wound certification at Emory University in Atlanta. She has been dedicated to the nursing profession for over 20 years. Through her experience as a surgical nurse, she acquired skills and knowledge that helped her meet the needs of patients and physicians. This detail to quality care has led her to become a knowledgeable marketing representative. Linda joined the ProCompounding team in August 2017 as a Western North Carolina sales representative. She looks forward to a satisfying career helping physicians with their compounding needs.
Marty White is a member of our sales team in the Tri-Cities and Southwest Virginia market. He has over 15 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience with five of those in the compounding area. Marty joined our team in 2016 and thrives on the solution oriented nature of our business. He loves to hunt and fish and is a community group leader at a local church.
Kate Kincaid is one of our North Carolina Sales Representatives and graduated from William Peace University in 2003, with a BA in Communication and Psychology. She has over 16 years of sales, marketing, customer service and leadership experience, with 6 of those years in the orthopedic device and pharmaceutical industry. Kate is known for her infectious positive energy and has a true passion for connecting and building relationships with her providers and their staff. She enjoys anything fitness and health related, volunteering in her community and hanging out with friends and family. She lives in Mooresville, NC with her husband, daughter and fur baby.
Susan McClain is our sales and marketing representative for South Carolina. She has over 19 years in the Pharmaceutical industry in both North Carolina and South Carolina areas, with extensive experience in Women’s Health. Susan lives in Greenville, SC where she is very active in animal rescue and rehabilitation. When not working, she loves to read, be outside and enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters and grandson.
Lindsay Howard graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. After graduation, she joined IBM where she first learned about her passion for sales. Lindsay has spent the last fifteen years selling within the healthcare industry of which the past six years have been focused specifically in sales for compounding pharmacies. She joined the ProCompounding team early 2019 and is currently serving the greater Charlotte, North Carolina market.
Deidra Moore, RN is our Georgia Sales Representative. She has over 19 years in the Pharmaceutical industry in Georgia, with multiple years of experience in Pulmonary, Rare Disease, Neurology, and Pediatrics. She is a Registered Nurse by trade, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee University and a Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. When Deidra is not working, she enjoys teaching tap and ballet, volunteering with multiple community organizations and advocacy groups, and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, daughter, son, and Maltese.
Amber Sams is our Knoxville and Chattanooga area Sales Representative. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science in 2004 and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee. Amber has 13 years of pharmaceutical sales, customer service, and leadership experience. Her positive attitude and commitment ensures that providers and patients receive the best experience and service possible. Amber is passionate about running, cycling, and outdoor fitness. When not at work, she loves to spend time with her two sons and Goldendoodle.
